Join Our Team
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face and voice of our company. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating a positive first impression, enjoys supporting others, and thrives in a professional environment.
We’re open to either:
- One full-time individual to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or
- Two part-time individuals to job share and together cover the full workweek.
What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you'll represent our company with warmth and professionalism. You’ll manage our front desk and phones, help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, and provide light administrative support to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a reliable daily presence at the front desk
- Answer and direct incoming calls courteously and professionally
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel
- Keep reception, conference rooms, and common areas tidy and well-organized
- Manage mail, packages, and incoming communications
- Order and maintain office supply inventory (including business cards)
- Provide light administrative support to an executive leader (scheduling, document prep, data entry)
- Assist with occasional travel arrangements
- Support various departments with special projects as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication and people skills
- Dependability and a commitment to being present and punctual every day
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Previous experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
- High school diploma required
- 5–7 years in front desk or administrative roles preferred
